Suzanne is experienced with multinational real estate transactions in major real estate markets spanning Europe-Asia-continental US. She applies the investment knowledge and contacts gleaned from her global career to help clients with target marketing and investment positioning to receive the highest return. She writes biannual Hawai'i Real Estate Reports for the Fudosan Keizai (Japan Real Estate Economic Research); and What Every Hawaii Real Estate Investor Should Know newsletters that contain tips to lower costs and risk and increase income.
Suzanne holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Less than 2% of all licensed real estate brokers and only 6% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold this designation. The CCIM designation requires a high dollar volume portfolio of closed transactions showing a depth of experience in the commercial investment field and passing rigorous investment analysis exams. Suzanne has also received an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
